Introduction
It is possible to delete working versions, snapshot versions and significant versions that have been shared but it is not possible to delete published Bill/Act significant versions to help you keep your projects tidy.
How to delete a document
- Select Delete document from the drop-down menu on the tile of the document version you want to delete
- The system will present a warning message, making sure you have selected the right document version to delete
- Select Delete button
- The system will delete the document version and any snapshot versions if it was a working version.
Hints and tips
- Only users in the same organisation as the user who created the working version can delete the document version.
- Only users who were in the same organisation as the user who created the document can delete a shared significant version.
- You cannot delete the last document in the project (you will need to separately delete the project if you wanted to get rid of the last document in it)
