Hints and tips It is possible to clear the Order of Consideration if you no longer require one. It’s only possible to add an Order of Consideration once there is a published version of the bill There is only one Order of Consideration saved against each bill version, but it can be updated as many times as needed. Updating an Order of Consideration will only affect new lists, it will not retrospectively change the sort order of existing lists, unless they were re-generated If there is only 1 schedule in the bill, you do not need to populate the ‘from’ and ‘to’ fields If you are only including one section/schedule in a level, you will need to populate both "from" and "to" fields with the same number e.g. Clause(s) 1 to 1 House of Commons AmendmentsThe list of options includes 'new clauses' and 'new schedules' Scottish AmendmentsThe Order of Consideration will automatically appear on Marshalled Lists House of Lords AmendmentsThe dialogue box include a date option which will be used to pre-populate the Marshalled List when one is generated |
