Introduction

We have built a 'submit to TNA' feature for SIs and Acts/ASPs which will make the document bundle available in a Public Document Repository (PDR) which TNA will have credentials to access.  However, You can submit an Act or SI/SSI to TNA from within Lawmaker.

Using this option makes a copy of the document available on Lawmaker’s API which TNA’s publishing system can pick up and publish.

At the moment the submission process is not fully automated as the National Archives need to do further work

How to submit to TNA

  1. From the

    Project

    ’ tab:

    Tab, expand the working version that you wish to submit to TNA so that you can see the snapshot versions.

  2. Find the PDF snapshot that is for the final version to be submitted and select Actions > Submit to TNA

     from the drop-down menu
  3. The system will present a warning message
  4. Select

  5. Click Submit button to send the selected document version to TNA.

The system will create a snapshot and a significant version marked as “Submitted to TNA”
