Introduction
Publishing amendments on parliament’s website is a 2 stage process.
The first stage is to publish in Lawmaker.
The second stage (which can be done at any point - even before you have published the amendments in Lawmaker) is to schedule an update in LegHub.

A PDF of the amendment list should be sent to the usual distribution list and the amendment list published in Lawmaker in order for the website to display the amendments.

How to send a PDF to print services
When you have generated a PDF and it has been approved
Download the PDF
Rename it according to the approved naming convention: [Bill title] – Amdts – [List number] e.g. Energy Bill [HL] – Amdts – HL Bill 39(a)
Attach it to the product distribution email and send it to the usual distribution list along with any other lists due out that day
