In the upper toolbar, click on ‘Insert’ and then ‘Insert signature.

The system will open a dialogue box.

Add in the signature information in the appropriate fieldfields.

When you have finished adding the signature information, click on Insert.

The system will update the Signature with your specified signature information.

If you want to have multiple signatures in the same area, signing in the same capacity (e.g., two Lords Commissioners of the Treasury)

, then use multiple Signature Blocks to create adequate space for the signatures. Fill in Signatory Text for the first block only, and any following text such as Job title for the last block only.
