It is possible to return back to the SI/SSI to change the title if needed. This feature does work correctly. The title automatically updates when I edit the title in the document information panel.

Fail- Have been able to insert , modify and delete provisions. Can create parts and chapters. Issues with wrapping and unwrapping.

Unable to wrap provisions (schedule). No list comes up , it just says loading. Able to test unwrapping as this option is active when I have a wrapped provision but am unable to wrap a provision. I am not sure if this wrap /unwrap feature works correctly.

Downloading a ZIP file of a document

Process : (these steps need to be verified)

  1. Start on the SIs project page

  2. Find the required SI version on the left hand side in a green box

  3. Click Actions to the right of the green box

  4. Click Generate a PDF, select the items required for this PDF

  5. A PDF will open, then close the PDF

  6. Go back to SI project page

  7. Go back to the version to be used

  8. Click on the triangle in the top left corner of the green box

  9. Other versions will be listed underneath in grey boxes

  10. A PDF should appear in the list (if there is more than one PDF you need the most recent one)

  11. Click Actions to the right of PDF’s grey box

  12. Click Download a zip file

  13. A zip file should appear in the bottom left corner of the screen

  14. Open the file to check that there is a xml file and a PDF, close file

[to email to TNA for general checking, and registration and publishing system submission]

  1. Drag and drop the zip file into an email to send to TNA

  2. Also copy and paste the SI’s Lawmaker link into the email.

A zip file is created containing XML, PDF and Tiff files (if the document contains an image)

Pass - Have been able to carryout the steps. Have emailed Zip file to myself (Pranita Gandhi) as unsure of the email address for TNA.

Zip File contains the pdf , xml files and standard seal TIFF image.
