The Lords Running List is very similar to the Marshalled List: it includes all the amendments tabled to a version of a bill so far, provided they don’t have outcomes recorded against them.
An Order of Consideration is printed on the first page, in two columns. However, numbers are not automatically assigned to the amendments in a Running List.

Their status was “tabled” (i.e. not “submitted” or “rejected”) before the cut-off date/time , and
They do not have an outcome already recorded , and They haven’t already been published on a previous Marshalled listagainst them.
Ordering
Amendments are sorted by the (user-defined) Order of Consideration.

The amendments are not numbered.
Black stars appear next to amendments which are new or which have been updated.
There are interstitial headings for each Clause or Schedule that the amendments relate to.
