For the first Consolidated List
Second House
...
Once the other House has shared with you the consolidated list of amendments, you need to top and tail the list and publish it.

First House
- Duplicate the shared Consolidated List
- Add the Document Information (bill number, published date, document title etc.)

For subsequent Consolidated Lists
...
- Insert/remove Lords/Commons headings (e.g. "COMMONS AMENDMENTS 1, 3 and 4" or "LORDS AMENDMENT 2")
- Insert/remove interstitial headings (e.g. "Clause 2" or "After Schedule 2")
- Move the amendments under new headings (using drag & drop)
- Insert a Message after the appropriate amendment or previous Message and update it as necessary with any reason(s) and/or associated amendments (copy & paste from amendment lists or Reasons document)
- Copy Message(s) from one amendment to another amendment if the original amendment that the Message was associated to has been resolved
