Introduction
It's possible to You can flag an amendment on the 'Amendments' Amendment Manager tab which will highlight it in the list (visible only to users in the same organisation as you), but also prevent other users in the same organisation as you from submitting it, or publishing it (if you are a Parliament user)of amendments.
Amendments with any status can be flagged. While a draft amendment is flagged, it can’t be submitted. While a tabled amendment is flagged, you can’t publish a list of amendments containing it.
Flags are only visible within the organisation of the user who set the flag so different organisations can set different flags.
