Create a Finance Bill document and create a Finance Resolution within it
Create an SI/SSI

Test copying and pasting bill subsections:
Copy a subsection and paste it into a regulation (or article, or rule) in an SI document
Copy a subsection and paste it into a schedule, inside a schedule paragraph or within a list of schedule sub-paragraphs
Copy a subsection and paste it into a resolution document

Repeat those three copy-and-paste actions for SI Paragraphs, Resolution subsection-like paragraphs, and schedule sub-paragraphs.

Also test that you can paste into Quoted Structures with different document types.
