Introduction
Once you have finished drafting your amendment(s), you can submit them for tabling/lodging at the appropriate Parliament. This action changes
When an amendment is submitted by a user who is not a parliament user, the permissions on an amendment if you are a Counsel user it are changed so that the appropriate Parliament parliament users can now view, edit and edit manage the submitted amendments . while the original user retains read-only access.

Using the check boxes on the left-hand side of each amendment, select the one(s) you wish to submit

Select “Submit”
All the amendments in the list will be updated to status “Submitted”
If you submitted from Counsel, the amendments will become visible to the appropriate parliament and read-only to counsel users, and
A copy of the whole list will be created that is visible to the appropriate parliament which parliament users can use to help check and manage the submitted amendments in one place.

Parliament users can update the status of amendments to submitted from within the Editor using the Bulk update statutes feature.

Click the Bulk update statuses button. From the pop up select the amendment you wish to update. Select ‘Draft to Submitted’.
Click on the Update button
