You can force Lawmaker to release locks on a particular Bill or SI. (Locks are normally released whenever a user saves the document.)

Releasing locks should only be used as a last resort – , e.g. when the user (s) with active locks on a document are uncontactable e.g. gone on holidayis uncontactable and you cannot wait for them to release the locks themselves. |
How to release locks
If you are unable to contact the user(s) who have active locks on a document, in the upper toolbar, select ‘Document > Release All Locks’.
When Lawmaker will release all active locks on the document and releases the locks, it will create snapshot versions of all users’ unsaved changes so that their changes are not lost.
