To move things like provisions, tables, amendments or interstitial headings around a document, you can either:

Collapse the structure level down to the level of the element you are planning to move.
Locate the provision (including table)/amendment/interstitial heading you wish to move and press and hold the left button on your mouse.
Drag the provision/amendment/interstitial heading to the target location.
When the structure view shows a green tick, drop the selected provision into its new location. (Invalid drop locations will be indicated by red text and a cross symbol.)
