Issue
In an SI or SSI, when creating a Regulation (or Article, etc) with more than one numbered paragraph, Lawmaker will automatically add a number to the first regulation. However, if you want to revert back to having a single paragraph, Lawmaker will not automatically remove the number and renumber also does not work.
Workaround
To turn two regulations into one either:
Deleting the second paragraph - Right-click on Breadcrumb where it says Paragraph and select Delete Element
Merge the two paragraphs - Highlight the two paragraphs, right-click and select Merge.
To remove the number:
Right click on the paragraph
Select Promote.
