Title, year and number can be edited from the Document info panel, and the details are updated in the editor window. Document is visible as a tile on the homepage To re-check with a second login - document should be hidden from users in another organisation |
4 | Add a Subject, extent and sub-subject | Subject placeholder is updated | FAIL | I can add a subject and extent, and save this information However, clicking the ‘edit’ icon to amend a subject once you’ve added it causes the page to attempt to reload - this is reproducible on dev and staging environments. Logged as [SPT-1544] Editing the Subjects in an SI or SSI using the 'edit subjects' modal causes the editor page to attempt to reload - UK LDAPP Project JIRA (leidos.com.au) |

11 | Table is inserted at the start of the document | PASS | PASS: ToC is inserted and looks good | |
12 | Deleting a table of contents | Table is removed. | PASS | PASS: Possible to delete the ToC, but note that the ToC heading element is not a child of the Table of contents element, which means you have to delete both of these separately. This seems unnecessary. In other words, following the ‘tips’ from the left-hand column here will leave you with a leftover CONTENTS heading, whereas I would have expected that to be deleted along with the Table of Contents. When the user then clicks ‘Insert ToC’ again, two ‘CONTENTS’ headings are left. Looking in the raw XML, it seems like the ToC heading is a <block> which appears before the toc proper. In order to make the steps in the ‘tips’ work it would require meddling with the data model. Realistically, users can delete the extra heading with a few extra clicks. and the ToC can be regenerated/updated by selecting ‘Insert ToC’ again without first deleting it. So it’s a non-issue. |
