Purpose of the list
Manuscript Amendment Lists publicise amendments which were lodged after the deadline but have been included in proceedings nonetheless.
It is also possible to create a Manuscript Daily List: this has the same appearance and format as a Daily List with an additional italic note at the start:

Amendments are manually selected and added to Manuscript Lists, from the Amendment Manager tab.
Ordering and Numbering
These amendments will be sorted and numbered using the same rules as the Marshalled List.
Format
Manuscript Lists which are supplementary to the Marshalled List are formatted in the same way as Marshalled Lists.
Manuscript Daily Lists are formatted in the same way as Daily Lists.
