Introduction

We have built a 'submit to TNA' feature for SIs and Acts/ASPs which will make the document bundle available in a Public Document Repository (PDR) which TNA will have credentials to access.  However, the National Archives need to do further work their end to access the documents from here so for the short term you will need to continue uploading the ZIP files onto TNA's publishing system when you register your documents.

How to submit to TNA

  1. From the ‘Project’ tab: expand the working version that you wish to submit to TNA so that you can see the snapshot versions
  2. Find the PDF snapshot that is for the final version to be submitted and select Submit to TNA from the drop-down menu
  3. The system will present a warning message
  4. Select Submit button to send the selected document version to TNA
  5. The system will create a significant version marked as “Submitted to TNA”

Hints and tips

  • Only users in the same organisation as the submitter will be able to view the significant version in Lawmaker
  • The document bundle (XML, PDF & any images) will be made available to TNA via the Public Document Repository (PDR)
  • No labels
