Introduction
It is possible to duplicate amendment lists which can have a number of benefits including the creation of scripted marshalled lists.
How to duplicate an amendment list
- From the ‘Official Lists’ tab, select the list you want to open and Select Duplicate version from the drop-down menu
- The system will present the “Create duplicate version” dialogue box
- Provide a unique list name and click on ‘Create’
- The system will create a duplicate version of the list
Hints and tips
- If the list contained amendments, they will be new instances of the same amendment such that if you make changes to an amendment in the duplicate list and save, the amendment in the duplicated list will also be updated.
- This feature is useful for creating Scripted Marshalled List where a copy of the Marshalled List is required.
