LMS-3284 Email PDF of document from Lawmaker

Summary of feature request

Enable users to send a PDF of a document in Lawmaker directly to others via email without having to save the PDF to your local machine first.

Background from user raising request

In order to send someone else a draft, you first have to save the PDF. Why? It would save time, and local storage space, if you could just click to send the PDF on to someone else (in the same way as you can do with unsaved Word documents) without having to save it somewhere and then go to Outlook and attach it from there.
