Introduction

You can delete a project if you have created one by mistake.

How to delete a project

  1. Select the project you wish to delete
    1. In the tile view: click on the ‘delete’ button  on the bottom of the tile
    2. In the list view: click on the ‘delete button  to the right of the project row
    3. The system will present a message to check before deleting
    4. Click on the Delete button to delete the project
    5. The system will remove the project

Hints and tips

  • You can only delete a project if there are no significant versions created (i.e. a document within it hasn’t been:
    • shared externally (bills and SI/SSIs),
    • a document within it hasn’t been published (bills only), or
    • A document within it hasn’t been submitted to the National Archive’s Publishing system (bills and SI/SSIs)
    • You cannot delete a project if another user currently has a lock on a document within it.
