Feature requirement summary

To add an advisory document check notifying users that a list of provisions (e.g. parts, chapters, sections, subsections, paragraphs etc.) contain non-sequential numbering and suggesting they renumber the document.

Original description

Background

Users spotted that a bill had non-sequential numbering within it. Someone had forgotten to renumber the provisions during the drafting stage. The users were surprised there wasn’t a business rule for non-sequential numbering and asked if it was possible to create one to prevent this issue arising at publication again.

Requirement

For an ‘advisory’ document check notifying users that a list of provisions (e.g. parts, chapters, sections, subsections, paragraphs etc.) contain non-sequential numbering and suggesting they renumber the document.
