Introduction

This function allows you to upload a previously saved XML document in the application if it was originally created in the application. 

How to import an XML file

  1. Click on the Upload document button on the ‘Project’ tab
  2. In the “Import Document” dialogue box, add the folder and version description for your new document and select the XML file you wish to upload
  3. Click on the Create button
  4. The system will validate the file and create a new document version using the XML associated to your project.

Hints and tips

  • This will probably be more useful for reproducing training materials or test data rather than day-to-day drafting
