Introduction
Signature blocks can be easily inserted through a dialogue box.
How to insert a signature block
In the upper toolbar, click on
...
‘Insert’ and then ‘Insert signature’.
The system will open a dialogue box.
Add in the signature information in the appropriate
...
fields.
When you have finished adding the signature information, click on Insert.
The system will update the Signature with your specified signature information.
How to delete Signatures
- Click on “Signatures” from the Structure view or from the breadcrumb
- Click on ‘backspace’
- The system will remove the Signature from your document

How to update a signature block
If you already have a signature inserted in the Editor and you want to update it (by changing some of the text, the date or adding fields):
Place your cursor within the signature block
Right click and select ‘Update Signature’ or click ‘Insert’ in the upper toolbar and then ‘Update Signature’
The system will open a dialogue box.
When you have finished changing the signature information, click on Update.
The system will update the Signature accordingly.

Fill in Signatory Text for the first block only, and any following text such as Job title for the last block only. |
How to delete Signatures
