All official amendment lists will be displayed on the ‘Official lists’ tab.
How to view a list
Click on the ‘Official lists’ tab
The system will present all versions of the official lists that you have access to.

Hints and tips If you are a user in the same organisation as the user who generated an official list, then you will have full read/write access to it until it has been published When an official list has been published, it will be available in read-only format for all users in the system The document tiles are coloured green if you have edit rights and grey when you only have read-only access.
