Introduction
You can delete a project if you have created one by mistake.
How to delete a project
- Select the project you wish to delete
- In the tile view: click on the ‘delete’ button on the bottom of the tile
- In the list view: click on the ‘delete button to the right of the project row
- The system will present a message to check before deleting
- Click on the Delete button to delete the project
- The system will remove the project
Hints and tips
- You can only delete a project if there are no significant versions created (i.e. a document within it hasn’t been:
- shared externally (bills and SI/SSIs),
- a document within it hasn’t been published (bills only), or
- A document within it hasn’t been submitted to the National Archive’s Publishing system (bills and SI/SSIs)
- You cannot delete a project if another user currently has a lock on a document within it.
