Duplicating amendment lists

It is possible to duplicate amendment lists which can have a number of benefits including the creation of scripted marshalled lists.

How to duplicate an amendment list

From the Official Lists tab, select Duplicate version from the Actions menu next to the list you want to duplicate.
The system will present the Create duplicate version dialogue box.
Provide a unique list name and click on Create.
The system will create a duplicate version of the list.

Duplicating a list does not duplicate the amendments within the list. Instead, the amendments in the duplicated list will be new instances of the amendments in the original list and so if you make changes to an amendment on one list, it will be changed in the other list too.
