Summary of feature request
Add the ability to insert supporters to Motions by providing the “Manage proposers and supporters” modal that already exist within LoDAs
Change the refersTo attribute in the <docProponent> to “motion”
Background
Currently, Motions are restricted and it is only possible to add proposers. This is because, originally, the instructions that were given specified that only proposers could be added to a motion so we customised the UI to reflect those specifications.
However, this does not seem to be the case anymore, as also supporters could potentially be added to a motion.

Hello,
We have an Amendment paper currently that requires a supporter name added to a Motion:
This is quite rarity in my experience, but I think it may be worth adding this feature (similar to amendments). I had to use a ‘Motion to amended an order’ element in order to enter the supporter name as text.
