LMS-2700 Document Titles should use a curly apostrophe
Summary of Feature Request
Convert the straight quote, created in the Document title, to a curly quote.
Background
See issue on https://lawmaker.atlassian.net/browse/LMS-2695
When an SI is created, the document titled is entered in the ‘New’ dialogue box, and Lawmaker interprets this as a straight quote. When the document title is typed into the body of the SI, Lawmaker convers the straight quote to curly, and this generates a validation error, in that the document title and citation do not match. It also means the PDF will be generated with a straight quote.
It can be changed in the Document Info panel, by using Alt 0146 (using the keypad). Copy and Pasting from the Editor to the title box in the Document information panel, also works. But neither of these are very intuitive to users. Converting it when creating a new SI, or updating the title in the Doc Info panel, would be easier for users.
