LMS-1211 Suggested improvements to the Update Members functionality

Summary of feature request

Improve the Update Members feature by:

• Setting ‘Add the selected members as Supporters’ as default option

• Displaying the amendments that have been selected in the “Amendments to update”, rather than showing ‘Partial Selection’

• When clicking on “Update”, a confirmation dialog (not a toastie) should appear, providing the amendments numbers the system will be adding the names to. There should be a button (e.g. “Ok”) to acknowledge the message. The message should be displayed until the user acknowledges it

Hello,

We’ve noticed a few things that could be improved with the Update Members functionality below:

‘Add the selected members as Supporters’ should be the default option rather than ‘Replace Proposer with Selected member’ as we mainly use the former

The ability to see which amendments you have selected rather than ‘Partial Selection’

If you don’t enter an MPs name and click update it removes all members - we think this may not be necessary

A confirmation message after updating the list stating which amendments numbers you will be adding the names to.
