Update the default text of a resolution when it is inserted in a Commons Marshalled List
Original description
With apologies for this, a Clerk today spotted an error in the Resolution for their Bill; this has been wrong in FM papers for a year, but not spotted, and so is also wrong in LM papers.
Resolutions take effect under “Standing Order No. 83C”, and the template at the moment currently only reads “Standing Order 83C”. Minor issue, but it was spotted by a Clerk this morning who has requested an update, as every business paper references the “No.” - even though it’s dropped off amendment papers for a year. We can manually adjust the standing order in the heading/footer of the Resolution for now; if it would be possible for the default text of the Resolution to change, that would be very beneficial.
