LMS-1902 EU elements in a Quoted Structure

Summary of feature request

There are some missing elements in the ‘Starting element’ drop-down when creating a Quoted Structure containing EU content (Regulation, Decision, or Directive). Options for Annexes and ‘points’ should be added, and the entry for Paragraph should be relabelled.

From the Lords:

1: Lawmaker does not offer "point" element

• Lawmaker does not offer an element called "point" (ie. (a), (b)).  From observation, I think that generally "paragraph" option is used when inserting a "point"

• Desired outcome: the ability to select a "point" element 

2: Lawmaker does not offer "annex" element

• Lawmaker does not offer an "annex" element

• Desired outcome: the ability to select a "annex" element 

3: Listing of element for EU Regulation elements not intuitive

• Duplication of elements "paragraph" and "paragraph (a)" makes is hard to intuitively know which one to select

Note: These are points I have observed during our work on the Data Protection and Digital Information Act in the 2023/24 last session. I have used the attached guidance (page 45) to guide me on the elements of EU regulations but my understanding of EU regulations is limited. Any refinements to EU regulations should be made in liaison with more expert users (OPC).
